    Once again, our June meeting with focus on Legislative Updates, but with a focus on COVID-19 and the Impacts on your Business. Participants will be given an overview of the current regulatory agenda and the recent rules and/or decisions that have been enacted regarding COVID-19, as well as practical advice regarding how these developments may impact your workforces.  

    Andy Tanick has over 30 years of experience defending employment claims and helping employers develop effective policies and avoid litigation. He is a Labor and Employment Law Specialist, certified by the Minnesota State Bar Association and a frequent lecturer at employment law seminars. 

    Brent Kettelkamp's practice is devoted to representing both large and small businesses in employment litigation and labor law matters. Brent has represented clients in all areas of employment law as well as commercial disputes.

    With the continued uncertainty from the CDC about in-person meetings, we are trying a web-based meeting for June and because of current work conditions, we are offering this meeting for free. We will ask for feedback after the webinar, and if our members like the format, we may consider options to pay for similar webinar meetings in the future.
