An effective leader increases employee engagement and retention. The best managers hire and inspire employees and they also show them the positive impact of their individual contribution to achieve goals. Drawing on program developed with clients in the last five years, Dr. David Farrar will provide examples of best in class new leader development for organizations big and small, local, regional and global.

Dr. Farrar will help us identify who we should train to be leaders; what a new leader development program should contain; and how to sell new leader development to your organization. Dr. Farrar studied at the Royal Military College of Australia and qualified as an infantry captain before graduating from the University of Melbourne and registering as a psychologist. He has lived and worked around the world and once had the largest applied psychology job in the world when he was a global organization effectiveness manager for the world's largest private company with over 150,000 employees.
