Organizational Culture is critical to every organization.  The field of Organizational Development demands that practice contributes to the execution of the goals of the organization.  Culture is "how work gets done" and the organizational leadership is responsible for implementing the disciplines to create a more powerful culture. We will learn how some organizations cracked the code to distinguishing themselves and sustained success by purposefully aligning their culture to their strategy.  Michael Stewart, consultant to hundreds of organizations, will help us learn  the difference between a healthy culture and a purposefully aligned culture; help us determine the culture most critical to achieve strategic goals and how to apply it to one's organization; how to identify and measure the often hidden aspects of culture; how to gain insight to proven techniques to more quickly create real culture change; and how to develop skills and techniques to achieve lasting strategy culture alignment.
